Workshop Overview
Validation, monitoring, and verification are crucial components of a robust food safety management system. Despite their importance, these terms are frequently misunderstood or used interchangeably.
Proper implementation of these processes is essential for safeguarding consumer health and ensuring the production of safe food. This workshop aims to provide guidance on designing and implementing effective validation, monitoring, and verification systems to enhance food safety practices within organizations.
Learning is made fun & practical
Progress Excellence takes a unique approach to training in food safety, quality, health and safety, environmental and laboratory:
- Sector specific examples are used to ensure relevance and understanding of the topic.
- All our training modules are highly interactive with practical activities that entrench theoretical learning.
- We provide templates and helpful implementation plans.
Our aim is to equip delegates in such a way that they can practically implement and improve their systems.
Progress Excellence Approach
- Discovering the validation, monitoring and verification requirements from various international standards.
- Step-by-step approach to validation
- Use of activities to entrench learning
- Sharing best-practice approaches
- Highlighting aspects that will allow delegates to improve their validation, monitoring and verification systems
The course will equip delegates with the following:
- Clarifying the differences between validation, monitoring and verification
- Outlining and explaining the validation process step-by-step
- Detail on the validation of specific control measures (microbiological, allergens and foreign matter)
