Workshop Overview
Foreign matter poses risks to consumers, undermines confidence in the brand, and raises questions about product quality. Food processors are especially concerned about foreign matter issues due to potential consumer complaints and product recalls. This course is designed to provide insights into identifying the sources of foreign matter risks, implementing necessary control measures, and ensuring the effectiveness of these controls.
