Built upon Codex principles, this course is crafted to support organizations in the demanding task of implementing a robust HACCP system. Whether you’re seeking guidance on starting from scratch or enhancing your current system, this workshop provides the knowledge and skills necessary.

The course starts with a brief introduction to prerequisite programs (PRPs) and then simplifies the Codex principles that form the foundation of HACCP. Furthermore, it addresses various system elements crucial for bolstering an effective HACCP system.
