Workshop Overview
This workshop offers delegates a chance to renew their understanding of HACCP principles. It serves as an ideal occasion not just for refreshing knowledge but also for contemplating improvement opportunities and aligning the organization’s food safety goals.
The course commences with a brief review emphasizing the significance of controlling food safety hazards through prerequisite programs (PRPs). It then reinforces the Codex principles that form the foundation of HACCP.
