Workshop Overview

Standards like IFS Food, BRCGS Food, and FSSC 22000 Version 6 include requirements for addressing food fraud and food defense. Unlike HACCP, which focuses on preventing unintentional harm, these measures target intentional adulteration aimed at economic gain or consumer harm. While vulnerability and threat assessments can be complex, this workshop offers a detailed methodology to aid in their understanding and implementation.
