Workshop Overview
This high impact course is designed for food safety professionals who want to move confidently from FSSC 22000 Version 6 to Version 7—not just understanding what has changed, but knowing exactly how to implement it. By integrating the transition from ISO/TS 22002:2009 to ISO 22002:2025, the course goes beyond theory to focus on practical, real world application. Delegates will gain clarity on new and revised requirements, strengthened risk based thinking, and enhanced PRP expectations, all explained in the context of day to day food safety system management.
What sets this course apart is its strong implementation focus. Through practical guidance, examples, and auditor style insights, delegates learn how to incorporate the new requirements into existing systems with minimal disruption and maximum compliance. The course is structured to help you prepare effectively for audits, avoid common pitfalls during the transition and translate revised requirements into workable procedures, records and controls across operations.
This course includes a practical implementation toolkit in the form of a checklist which is a ready to use tool acts as a clear to do list, helping you track actions, assign responsibilities, and verify completion of specific changes required for successful implementation. The result is not just understanding the standard – but leaving with the confidence, tools, and direction to apply it immediately and effectively.
