Workshop Overview
Implementing a food safety management system (FSMS) is a strategic choice that can enhance overall food safety performance. FSSC 22000 Version 6, a globally recognized standard benchmarked by GFSI, offers a holistic approach to food safety management. It integrates the ISO 22000 food safety management standard with pertinent technical standards (ISO/TS 22002) and additional requirements specific to FSSC 22000 Version 6.
This course provides a thorough examination of various requirements, including leadership, hazard analysis, change management, PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) approach, risks and opportunities, and other essential elements of management systems.
Learning is made fun & practical
Progress Excellence takes a unique approach to training in food safety, quality, health and safety, environmental and laboratory:
- Sector specific examples are used to ensure relevance and understanding of the topic.
- All our training modules are highly interactive with practical activities that entrench theoretical learning.
- We provide templates and helpful implementation plans.
Our aim is to equip delegates in such a way that they can practically implement and improve their systems.
