Problem-solving is a critical competency for individuals employed in the food industry. The ability to address issues effectively can help mitigate frustrations and prevent losses. This workshop equips participants with the necessary skills to facilitate improvement by conducting thorough root cause analyses.

The establishment of a corrective action system is integral to various management frameworks such as BRCGS Food, IFS Food, ISO/FSSC 22000 Version 6, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001.
