More information about this workshop

Workshop Overview

Every strong food safety system starts with one thing: solid pre-requisite programmes (PRPs). They’re the foundation that keeps hazards under control and ensures safe food production day after day.

This workshop brings PRPs to life—showing not just what they are, but why they matter and how behaviour in the manufacturing environment plays a key role in making them work. Delegates will walk away with the knowledge and practical tools to strengthen PRPs and support a robust food safety management system.

Learning is made fun & practical

At Progress Excellence, we do training a little differently. Whether it’s food safety, quality, health and safety, environmental, or laboratory systems – we make sure it’s practical, relevant, and easy to put into action.

  • We use real, sector-specific examples so the content actually makes sense in your world. Our sessions are interactive and hands-on, with activities that help turn theory into something you can apply straight away.

  • Plus, we share ready-to-use templates and implementation plans to make your job easier. Our goal? To give you the skills and confidence to not just understand the requirements, but to actually apply them and improve your systems in a meaningful way.

The Progress Excellence Approach

We don’t do boring lectures—we do learning that sticks:
