Workshop Overview
Supervisors aren’t just overseeing production—they’re the frontline food safety coaches. This course equips you with the knowledge and skills to lead by example, guide your teams, and create a culture where food safety comes naturally.
Starting with a refresher on pre-requisite programmes (PRPs), the course dives into Codex HACCP principles in a simple, practical way. You’ll also explore the supporting system elements that make a HACCP system strong, reliable, and effective in the real world.
