Workshop Overview
Implementing an effective HACCP system can feel overwhelming—but it doesn’t have to be! This workshop takes the mystery out of HACCP, giving you clear steps, practical tools, and real-world tips to build or improve your food safety system.
We start with a quick refresher on pre-requisite programmes (PRPs), then dive into the Codex HACCP principles in a simplified, hands-on way. You’ll also explore the supporting system elements that make a HACCP system strong, reliable, and audit-ready.
