Why?

Because it’s impossible to know everything that’s happening in the food industry we’ve lined up the experts in a number of fields and we’ve brought them together for your convenience.

We are also excited to be bringing an international expert on the Food Safety Modernisation Act (FSMA) as well as thermal processing/kill step validations to this years’ information packed day.

As usual we will also have presentations covering the “softer side” of science including aspects such as “food safety – the human factor” as well as “building trust, credibility and respect using good human relations”.
