Food safety is of vital importance to prevent consumers from falling ill, or even worse, from death.  Food handlers should have a thorough understanding of the basic principles that should be applied to handle and keep food safe.  Understanding the reasons behind the rules, will enable food handlers to make the best decisions in the interest of consumer health and safety.

Please note that activation of the course will only occur during weekdays, Monday to Thursday from 08:00 until 17:00.
