Overview
Leadership and management commitment is crucial in the quest for food safety. Many leaders want to demonstrate support towards food safety as a cause but lack the know-how. Improvement of the food safety culture in an organisation is the responsibility of senior management. This workshop is self-paced, smart phone, laptop and tablet-friendly and will help Leaders understand their role in developing and supporting a food safety culture, without having to be away from work for extended periods of time.
This workshop emphasises the role of leadership, core values and decisions as well as measurable objectives and key aspects related to people management. It further provides insights into these aspects within a food safety management system.
