Technical Day

Because it’s impossible to know everything that’s happening in the food industry we’ve lined up the experts in a number of fields and we’ve brought them together for your convenience.

Our experts will present information on:

• The South African food regulatory landscape
• Foreign body controls – x-ray detection
• Life hacks for keeping up with regulations
• Get the quick fix on rapid swabs for allergens

We are also excited to be bringing an international expert on the Food Safety Modernisation Act (FSMA) as well as thermal processing/kill step validations to this years’ information packed day.

As usual we will also have presentations covering the “softer side” of science including aspects such as “food safety – the human factor” as well as “building trust, credibility and respect using good human relations”.

Come join us in Paarl at the beautiful D’Olyfboom Estate on 22 November or in Johannesburg on 23 November at the conveniently located Afrique Boutique Hotel.

It’s a jungle out there! Register for our Technical Days and boost your knowledge about everything that is hip and happening in the food industry today.
