Overview
This course is designed to empower leaders at all levels of the organisation to use their skills and talents to drive organisational culture and best practice. It is aimed to create a high-performing team.
A strength-based approach focus on what people do well. According to Gallup research, individuals who use their strengths in their role are more likely to be engaged in their job, report having an excellent quality of life and strongly agree that they have the opportunity to do what they do best every day. It includes the CliftonStrengths talent assessment and a report of the full 34 themes.
Progress Excellence Approach
- Activities and videos to enhance understanding.
- Activities that will lead to self-discovery of own talents and strengths, as well as those of the team.
- This course makes use of Gallup CliftonStrengths activities and is presented by a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.
The course will equip delegates with the following:
- Discovery of individual talents and how these can lead to greater performance
- Mechanisms on how to apply these talents in a practical manner to develop them into strengths
- Appreciation of the diversity and talents of colleagues and team members
- Opportunity to build a great team with a shared vision
- Practical ways on how teams can put their collective strengths into action.
