Overview
This workshop provides delegates with the opportunity to refresh their knowledge about HACCP principles. It is the perfect opportunity to not only refresh, but also reflect on improvement opportunities and the alignment of common goals of the organisation regarding food safety.
The course starts with a brief reminder of the importance in controlling food safety hazards through pre-requisite programmes (PRPs). It further reinforces Codex principles underpinning HACCP.
