This workshop bridges the gap between producers and processing companies by elucidating good agricultural practices and enhancing understanding of preceding steps in the food chain.

GlobalG.A.P. stands as a globally recognized certification standard, promoting Good Agricultural Practices with stringent procedures to ensure food safety and environmental protection. Fruit and vegetable Standards are rooted in farming best practices covering soil and water management, integrated pest and crop management, biodiversity preservation, fertilizer and pesticide management, and pre- and post-harvest handling, inclusive of quality management systems and HACCP requirements.

This course delves into the systemic nature of change and offers practical strategies for effective change management to uphold organizational integrity. It encompasses various aspects of change management, including impact assessments and project management.
